• Recommended Dosage: Typically 2.0% to 4.0% based on the absolute dry fiber weight, adjustable depending on the target water-resistance metrics (e.g., Cobb value).
• Addition Sequence (Reverse Sizing): For maximum sizing efficiency, adopt the reverse sizing sequence—add aluminum sulfate first, followed by the LY-CRS emulsion.
• System pH Control:
  • Keep the stock sizing pH strictly regulated between 4.5 and 6.0.
  • Ensure the white water under the wire is stabilized within the range of 5.0 to 5.5.
